The recipe calls these marshmallow puffs, but, according to Reiver, these are basically rocky road. Whatever you call them, they make a surprisingly tasty low-effort dessert.
Marshmallow Puffs
Ingredients
- 27-36 marshmallows
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions
- Line a 23cm (9") square tin with baking paper and grease the paper.
- Arrange the marshmallows in the prepared tin.
- Combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat gently, stirring periodically, until melted and smooth. Alternatively, melt over low heat, stirring, until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the marshmallows and allow to cool until set.
- Remove from tin, cut into squares, and serve.
