Marshmallow Puffs

The recipe calls these marshmallow puffs, but, according to Reiver, these are basically rocky road. Whatever you call them, they make a surprisingly tasty low-effort dessert.

Marshmallow Puffs

Slightly adapted from Taste of Home

Ingredients

  • 27-36 marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Line a 23cm (9") square tin with baking paper and grease the paper.
  2. Arrange the marshmallows in the prepared tin.
  3. Combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat gently, stirring periodically, until melted and smooth. Alternatively, melt over low heat, stirring, until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the marshmallows and allow to cool until set.
  5. Remove from tin, cut into squares, and serve.
