Macerated Strawberries with Lemon and Mint

Ingredients
- 450g strawberries, hulled and quartered (or sliced)
- 2-4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and toss to combine.
- Let stand for at least 15 minutes, then serve.
