Dill Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
- ½ C pumpkin seeds, cleaned
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp dry dill, or 1 tsp dill seeds, ground
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
Directions
- Toss all ingredients together.
- Bake at 300°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, stirring every 10.
