Roasted Broccoli with Almonds and Orange

Ingredients
- 500g broccoli, cut into florets
- 4 tsp. olive oil, divided
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 2 Tbsp. almonds, toasted and chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Toss broccoli with 1 Tbsp. of the olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast at 220°C (425°F) for 20-30 minutes, flipping and stirring halfway through.
- Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with remaining 1 tsp. of olive oil and orange juice.
- Sprinkle with orange zest and almonds and serve.
