Grilled Nectarines with Brie
Slightly adapted from Dessert of the Day by Kate McMillan
Ingredients
- 4 nectarines, halved and pitted
- olive oil
- 150g brie or camembert
Directions
- Prepare grill for direct heat cooking and brush the grates with oil or preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Brush the nectarines with olive oil.
- Grill nectarines for ~5 minutes, turning once or twice, or place in a baking dish and roast for 5-8 minutes, turning once or twice.
- Arrange cheese and nectarines in a serving dish or plate and serve.
