Broiled Tomato Slices

Ingredients
- 1 large tomato, thickly sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- grated Parmesan, to taste
Directions
- Preheat a broiler and lightly grease a small rimmed baking sheet.
- Place the tomato slices on the baking sheet and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese.
- Broil until tomatoes are cooked and cheese is melted (~4 minutes).
