Ingredients
- 4 graham crackers, crushed
- 250mL powdered sugar
- 250mL crunchy peanut butter
- 250mL semisweet or bittersweet small chocolate chips (or other chocolate chips you have lying around)
- 125mL skim milk powder
- 45mL water
- enough dried shredded coconut
Procedure
- Combine all ingredients except coconut in a bowl.
- Shape into 2-3cm balls.
- Roll in coconut until covered.
- Refrigerate for ~20 minutes.
