Bin Bhuna Hua Garam Masala

This is a basic, untoasted garam masala. If you're using an untoasted blend like this it's usually best to add it early on in the process so that the spices get a chance to cook and develop their unique flavours.

Bin Bhuna Hua Garam Masala
From 660 Curries
2 Tbsp. coriander seeds
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. black peppercorns
1/2 tsp. whole cloves
1/2 tsp. cardamom seeds (from green pods)
2 dried bay leaves
3 dried Thai or cayenne chiles

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Grind.
